Why become a NIRAPAD member?

NIRAPAD invites institutions and individuals to become network members. Academic, Research, Policy, Advocacy and Development institutions involved in DRR and CCA activities are encouraged to become members of NIRAPAD.

11-Aug-2012 NIRAPAD has been commissioned to coordinate SPHERE ToT (2011 Edition) in Bangladesh at Cox's Bazar organized by ECB and IFRC 23-Jul-2012 NIRAPAD engaged a study on Indigenous Knowledge of DRR with PCI 28-Jun-2012 NIRAPAD was developed a Training module for UzDMC) & UDMC, funded by Muslim Aid UK 31-May-2012 NIRAPAD team has successfully conducted a ToT for the Field practitioners selected by Oxfam-GB and its Partners on four separate draft modules regarding WASH, DRR, Child Care & Nutrition and Homestead Production & Marketing. 19-Dec-2011 ECHO has designed a budget of EURO 2000000(max) to support the cold wave affected people after the Situation Report of NIRAPAD on 18th December,2011. 19-Sep-2011 NIRAPAD mobilizing SPHERE community in Bangladesh 28-Jun-2010 Government has declared DRR Platform in Bangladesh according to the UNISDR mandate. We are delighted that Government considered NIRAPAD one of the prime NGOs representative among the others.
